David is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is known for delivering personalized, results-driven care. He is also fellowship trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging, which allows him to identify soft tissue and joint injuries with greater precision and guide targeted treatment plans.
While at USC, David gained hands-on experience in ACL injury rehabilitation through research at the Human Performance Laboratory, contributing to studies on patellar tendon adaptations post-ACL reconstruction. He also worked with professional baseball athletes during his internship with the Cleveland Guardians, specializing in return-to-sport protocols and overhead athlete rehabilitation.
As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 2 Certified provider, David has advanced training in golf-specific movement analysis and injury prevention. His clinical focus includes shoulder rehab, ACL pre- and post-operative care, hip labral repairs, and performance rehab for both recreational and competitive athletes.
David has additional continuing education in spinal manipulation techniques and has served as a clinical instructor for over three years, mentoring doctoral students and contributing to the development of future physical therapists. He is passionate about community health and previously served as a board member for Movement Alliance, a California nonprofit focused on injury prevention and youth athletic education.
He combines manual therapy, movement analysis, strength training, and patient education to help individuals recover, perform, and thrive. David is committed to creating a supportive, positive environment where each patient feels empowered on their journey toward recovery.
When he’s not in the clinic, you can find David at a local CrossFit gym, hiking Southern California trails, watching basketball and football, or traveling with his family to explore new places and cultures.
