In order to bring you flexible, convenient, and quality care we are currently not contracted with insurance companies.

+ Can I be reimbursed by my insurance company?

For some insurance companies, once your deductable has been met, your insurance company may provide reimbursement to you for payments made greater than the co-pay amount. A superbill is provided to the patient upon request.

+ Do I need a prescription?

No, under direct access laws in California you are able to be seen for physical therapy services directly by a licensed physical therapist for 12 visits or 45 days. Wellness services do not require a prescription.

+ What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle.

+ What is included in an initial evaluation?

Initial Evaluations consist of a comprehensive review of medical history, injury history, and tests and measures (i.e. movement analysis, strength, range of motion, joint mobility, return to sport testing). The remaining time is spent on treatment.

+ What is included in each treatment session?

Each 60 minute treatment session includes a combination of patient education, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and modalities necessary to achieve treatment goals.

+ Where can physical therapy sessions be performed?

Home, garage, office, gym, etc. We make our treatment location as convenient and easy to accommodate your specific needs.
